RV Site Reservations: $150.00 Deposit Required. Deposits applied upon check in.
Security Deposits Required For Monthly Rentals: $150.00 Security deposits credited upon check out.
Redfish Bay RV Park Does Not Allow Any Rental Property In The Community
Storage Rate: Storage is $50 per month, subject to availability.
Electrical Rates:
Electrical bills are based on KWHs used and charged at $0.12 per KWHs consumed.
There is a $12.00 minimum monthly charge.
Parking of boats, trailers, etc. are not allowed on the sites or parking areas within the community.
Park Models, horse trailers, pop-up campers, tents or screen houses are not allowed.
RVs more than 10 years old require management’s approval prior to check in.
