Rates Effective December 5, 2023
RV site rates are for one or two occupants.

Daily
$45.00 includes full hook ups

Weekly
$225.00 includes full hook ups

Monthly
$390.00 + electricity & $150.00 security deposit

Additional Occupants: (Per Person 14 years or older) $2.00 Daily - $10.00 Weekly - $30.00 Monthly
Washing Machine in your RV - $10.00 monthly
Security deposits will be refunded at check out.
Rent and electric payments are due each month on the day of the month that you checked in.

Late Fees:
All balances are due by the due date and considered late after the 5th day. A $20 late fee plus $1 per day will be added to your balance due.

RV Site Reservations: $150.00 Deposit Required. Deposits applied upon check in.

A stated arrival date is required with your reservation. Without notification your lot will be held for (5) days beyond your stated arrival date. After the (5) days, your lot rent starts or you may have to forfeit the reservation deposit.

Security Deposits Required For Monthly Rentals: $150.00 Security deposits credited upon check out.

Redfish Bay RV Park Does Not Allow Any Rental Property In The Community

Storage Rate: Storage is $35 per month, subject to availability.

Electrical Rates:
Electrical bills are based on KWHs used and charged at $0.12 per KWHs consumed.
There is a $12.00 minimum monthly charge.

Parking of boats, trailers, etc. are not allowed on the sites or parking areas within the community.

Park Models, horse trailers, pop-up campers, tents or screen houses are not allowed.

RVs more than 10 years old require management’s approval prior to check in.
